RETURNS

You may return unworn items within 14 days of receiving your order.

Conditions for returns:

• The item must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged.
• All original tags and labels must remain attached.
• The item must be returned in its original condition.

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

The following items are excluded from returns and exchanges:

• Custom-made garments
• Personalised products
• Garments reproduced upon customer request in a sold-out size from a previous collection

For garments reproduced upon customer request, Maisonnoee provides store credit equal to the purchase value. Refunds are excluded.
