Returns

You can return your order within 14 days of receipt. Please use our return form to generate a DHL return label.

1. Select the reason for your return.
2. Click on "Create return label."
3. Enter your order details.
4. Print the label and attach it clearly to the parcel.
5. Drop off the parcel at any DHL service point or Packstation.
