3. Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer.
By submitting an order, the customer makes a binding offer to purchase the selected products.
The contract is concluded only when Maisonnoee confirms shipment of the goods or dispatches the order.
4. Prices
All prices displayed on the website include applicable statutory VAT unless otherwise stated.
Shipping costs are shown separately during checkout.
5. Payment Methods
Available payment methods may include:

- Other payment methods displayed during checkout
6. Delivery
Orders are delivered to the shipping address specified by the customer.
Delivery times are indicated on the respective product pages and may vary depending on product availability and destination.
7. Retention of Title
All goods remain the property of Maisonnoee GmbH until full payment has been received.
8. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers are entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal.

9. Returns
Customers are responsible for the direct cost of returning goods.
Returned items must be sent to the return address provided by Maisonnoee.
10. Exclusions from Returns and Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Custom-made products
- Personalised products
- Products manufactured according to customer specifications
11. Special Provision for Reproduced Sizes
If a garment is reproduced upon a customer’s request in a size that is no longer available from a previous collection, refunds are excluded.
In such cases, Maisonnoee will provide store credit equal to the purchase value, redeemable in the online shop.
12. Warranty
Statutory warranty rights apply.
13. Liability
Maisonnoee shall be fully liable for intent and gross negligence.
For all other cases, liability shall be governed by applicable statutory provisions.
14. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the customer’s country of residence remain unaffected.

Maisonnoee is neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
