By submitting an order, the customer makes a binding offer to purchase the selected products.

The contract is concluded only when Maisonnoee confirms shipment of the goods or dispatches the order.

If a garment is reproduced upon a customer’s request in a size that is no longer available from a previous collection, refunds are excluded.

In such cases, Maisonnoee will provide store credit equal to the purchase value, redeemable in the online shop.
