Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period shall expire fourteen days after the day on which you acquire physical possession of the goods.

Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, all payments received from you, excluding shipping costs, will be reimbursed within 14 days.
The reimbursement will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
The customer shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
Returned products must be unworn, undamaged and include all original labels and tags.
Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- custom-made products
- products manufactured according to the customer’s specifications
Special Rule for Reproduced Archive Pieces
For garments reproduced upon customer request in a sold-out size from a previous collection, refunds are excluded.
Maisonnoee will issue store credit equal to the purchase value, redeemable in the online shop.
